In August 2026 APRS Mayhew Committee wrote to the Cabinet Secretary Gillian Martin regarding Commencement of Natural Environment Act, Part 2 National Parks requesting and highlighting the importance of guidance on how the new and existing duties on public bodies in relation to National Parks are expected to operate. APRS Mayhew Committee received a response from the Cabinet Secretary on 3rd September. Both documents are included within this resource.
