This is a proposal for a huge data centre covering 60.2 hectares on excellent agricultural land (grade 2) on the edge of Dunbar. We do not know what the Capacity of this site would be but, given the size of the site it will be a hyperscale data centre. the developer is called Thistle Sands Data Ltd and the site is all along the southern edge of Dunbar being only 50m from homes on Muirfield Road and Home Avenue.
