Donald Campbell
Donald is the Director of Advocacy at Foxglove, a tech justice non-profit working to make technology fair for everyone. He brings nearly two decades of experience in communications, policy, and advocacy, having previously worked with organisations like Reprieve, Médecins Sans Frontières, and ClientEarth.
Victoria Plutshack
Victoria is a climate and energy specialist and qualitative social scientist with particular expertise in carbon markets, alongside broader knowledge in technology transitions, climate finance, international development, and gender.
Julie Bolthouse
Julie is the Director of Land Use at Piedmont Environmental Council where she coordinates the organisation’s advocacy on state and local policies to promote smart growth and climate action while conserving and preserving the natural resources, local food system, history, and beauty of the Virginia Piedmont. Julie holds a B.S. in Fisheries Science with a minor in Watershed Management, a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning, and a second Masters degree in Natural Resources.
Kat Jones
Kat is Director of APRS, Kat’s role is advocating for, and supporting communities to advocate for, Scotland’s countryside and landscapes. She has spent two decades in Scottish conservation with SNH, now NatureScot, and then RSPB Scotland. She joined APRS from Stop Climate Chaos Scotland, Scotland’s civil society climate coalition.
